An online consultation lets you speak with our doctor at Transcend Clinic without coming to Bangkok. It suits men who live outside the city or abroad, who are busy, or who simply want to discuss their results and options before visiting. You get the same doctor and the same approach as an in-clinic visit, in English or Thai.

- Reviewing your symptoms and medical history
- Explaining blood test results, including results from other labs
- Testosterone therapy: whether it suits you, and follow-ups for existing patients

- Planning which tests you need, such as a hormone check-up
What needs an in-clinic visit
Some things can’t be done by video, such as a physical examination, blood draws, injections, and IV therapy. If you need any of these, we’ll arrange them at the clinic. You can also have blood tests done at a lab near you and sent to us.
How it works

- Send your information: recent blood test results, current medications, and any questions you have.
- Talk to the doctor: a private video call on Google Meet, available 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday (Bangkok time).
- Your plan: the doctor explains your options and next steps, including any tests or treatment.
Fee
An online consultation costs 1,500 THB per 20-minute session.
Prescriptions and delivery
If treatment is appropriate, our doctor can prescribe it after your consultation, and we can deliver your medicines to any address within Thailand. We can’t send medicines overseas, because this isn’t permitted by law. Some treatments need blood tests before they can be prescribed.
Privacy and confidentiality
Your consultation is private and confidential. Everything you discuss stays between you and our medical team.

Can I use blood test results from another lab?
Yes. Please send them before your call. If anything important is missing, the doctor will suggest which tests to add.
How long is an online consultation?
Each session is 20 minutes. If you need more time, we can book a second session.
Do you consult in English?
Yes. We offer consultations in English and Thai.
Can I do my follow-ups online?
Yes. Existing patients can have follow-up consultations online, with blood tests at the clinic or a local lab.
Can you send medicines abroad?
No. We can only deliver within Thailand, as sending medicines overseas isn’t permitted.
